2.Why do we process your data? The data of our users will be processed to manage our relationship with users, deal with their requests and queries, and website administration and management.

The data you provide and those generated when you browse the website will be processed for managing and improving quality and processes at group level, commercial management of group brands, sending commercial communications, commercial profiling, and customising services for all Grupo Piñero companies and brands.

Where applicable, CVs provided will be processed for managing job vacancies and selection processes for Grupo Piñero entities.

3.How long will your data be stored? Generally, we will keep your data for the duration of your relationship with us and, in any case, during the terms provided in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet possible responsibilities arising from the processing. We will cancel your data when they are no longer necessary or appropriate for the purposes for which they were collected. Information on browsing will be cancelled when the web session is closed and statistics have been compiled.

Data processed for commercial purposes, managing group standards and processes, quality management, including commercial profiling where appropriate, will be stored until you request their erasure. CVs received are considered valid for one (1) year, after which they will be destroyed so you must submit a new, updated CV if you wish to continue participating in future selection processes.

4.Who may we transfer your data to? If you provide us with your CV, your data will be transferred to Grupo Piñero companies to manage their selection processes. This may involve international data transfers when the above companies are located outside the European Economic Area.
