Ethics Channel

Grupo Piñero's Ethics Channel ensures direct, confidential and secure communication of queries and complaints from Members of the Organisation, Business Partners and/or Third Parties, in accordance with internal and external regulatory compliance and with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption

Whistleblowers who wish to use Grupo Piñero's Ethics Channel may submit queries and complaints, either anonymously or with prior identification. 

Queries should include the following information: 

Complaints should include the following content as a minimum: 

False or malicious allegations may give rise to the corresponding sanctions, without prejudice to the civil or even criminal liabilities that may be incurred in accordance with current legislation. 

Although it is advisable to include the Complainant’s identity, which will be actively protected and will therefore be kept confidential, in order to facilitate investigation of the reported facts, the complaint may also be lodged anonymously.
