  • Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts Executive Development Programme (EDP)

    The programme for young talent!
    Our Executive Development Programme aims to enable young graduates to learn how the hospitality business works so that they can join and become permanent members of our big family.
    The programme is carried out in our Caribbean hotels over a period of 6 months, participating day to day and actively in all the operational functions of a specific department.  

  • Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts Executive Development Programme for Junior Management (EDP Junior Management)

    This programme offers a complete overview of the day-to-day running of a hotel complex in order to prepare future managers in the Operations area.  
    The programme includes nine months of training and three months of internship, during which time the trainees acquire in-depth knowledge of the different areas of a hotel: Kitchen, Food and Beverage, Rooms Division, Corporate Management (Quality, HR, Procurement, etc.), Groups, Events and Weddings, Entertainment, Common Areas and Technical Services , among others. Together we will never stop growing!
