Yubarta is an innovative space for personal development named after the type of humpback whale that breeds in the warm waters of Samaná Bay between February and March each year. In terms of design, Yubarta's therapy rooms are hexagonal in shape, representing the consciousness of the human being, inviting you to disconnect and reconnect with your own personal journey. Their palapas have different sizes that represent the different evolutionary stages of whales and life itself. Each of them is home to different techniques ranging from meditation through the chakras or vibrational sound therapies to shamanic cleansings with resin and herbal incense.

The element of water is present in the sacred cenotes (not suitable for recreational bathing). In them, innovative therapies are developed, such as sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls under water, which work on emotions and fears through the healing vibrations of the bowl.

The range of therapies is completed with sungazing, the Wimhof technique (holotropic breathing, immersion in ice water and concentration), conscious breathing, astrological readings and mate ceremonies, among others. In all, there are 25 techniques that encompass body, mind and spirit.
