The Riviera Maya Hotel Association (AHRM) and Mexican Red Cross acknowledge Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts for its support

• The Board of Directors of the AHRM thanked Bahia Principe Riviera Maya for its valuable collaboration during the fundraising campaign held last December in benefit of the Red Cross of Playa del Carmen  

Riviera Maya, February 11, 2022.- Yesterday the Riviera Maya Hotel Association, through a letter signed by its president Toni Chaves Palomo, thanked the support and donation made by the resort during the fundraising campaign held last December in benefit of the Red Cross of Playa del Carmen.  

The Riviera Maya Hotel Association recognizes its commitment to social responsibility and its active participation to ensure that all the actions carried out are for the benefit of society, both of the companies and the tourist destination itself, and that they are articulated as much as possible with the actions of the authorities and civil society as a whole.

 The Red Cross is an institution that was born out of the desire to provide aid without discrimination to all those wounded on the battlefield, drawing on its international and national capacity to prevent and alleviate human suffering wherever it may be found. Its purpose is to protect life and health and to enforce respect for human life. It promotes mutual understanding, friendship, cooperation and lasting peace among peoples. This is achieved thanks to the collaboration of citizens, businesses and institutes of the town, who support the Red Cross so that this work can continue without any distinction.
